  Fernando is the best mechanic I have ever met. We've only had the pleasure of working with him for 3 years, but his honesty and willingness to work for my wellbeing and experience rather than his bottom line means I'll be very sad once I move away from Sydney. His help both in person and over the phone is impeccable, and his pricing is very reasonable. With my most recent issue in my ageing car, occurring on a road trip 3 hours south of Sydney, he has liaised with the local mechanic, assisted them to correctly diagnose the problem, managed the supply of parts, and will ensure the work is done to his high standards once I get the car back home. Would give 6 stars if I could.

  My car broke down right across the street, even though they weren't working since it was christmas, the manager was helpful and mechanic fixed my spark plug in seconds and didn't charge me. I am so grateful and amazed of the customer service! Definitely going back and recommend this to friends, that's the least I can do to show you my appreciation for your help!

  Dealership service without the dealership prices! Cannot thank Fernando and his team enough for his service and honesty. Everything is explained in layman's terms, and if there are additional things to do to my cars, he rings to confirm with me first. Such a pleasure also to pick up my car all to the surprise of having it washed and vacuumed! Never taking my wife's Mercedes and my BMW to the dealers again... what for!?
